Art Zeile
Chief Executive Officer

artzeileArt has led several Information Technology services companies over the course of his 22-year career.

Art was the CEO of QTC Management which delivered over 2.5 million medical examination reports each year for government and private clients through a network of 32 clinics. Art was the CEO and co-founder of INFLOW which delivered application hosting services to enterprise customers through a system of 14 internet data centers across the US.  Inflow was acquired by SunGard Availability Services in 2005. Art was also a founder of LINK-VTC, which he grew to become the second largest videoconferencing services company in the world.  LINK-VTC was acquired by Global Crossing in 1995. As an Air Force officer, Art was a satellite propulsion engineer, Executive officer to the Director for Military Communications Programs, and technical advisor to the US Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Art earned a Bachelor's degree in Astronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy and was awarded the John F. Kennedy Fellowship, earning a master's degree in public policy from Harvard University.


Joel Daly
Chief Operating Officer

joeldalyAs COO of Hosting.com, Joel oversees all operational activities, including operations and engineering. 

Prior to Hosting.com, Daly served as the COO of QTC Management, a provider of medical examination and occupational health services. Prior to QTC, Daly co-founded and served as COO of Inflow Inc., a national IT services provider headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Daly was responsible for Inflow’s operations, engineering and datacenter management teams.  With Inflow, Joel oversaw the construction, operations and availability of 14 datacenters throughout the United States.  Prior to Inflow, Daly co-founded and served as vice president of operations for LINK-VTC, a global provider of videoconferencing services.

Daly holds a master's degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University and a bachelor's degree in Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy.


Craig McLellan
Chief Technology Officer

craigmclellan-As chief technology officer of Hosting.com, Craig McLellan is responsible for the Product Management and Product Engineering function as well as the design and development of the company's business and operational support systems.

Prior to joining Hosting.com, Craig was responsible for the operation of SunGard's managed service business in Canada.

Prior to SunGard Craig was with Inflow Inc., a national IT services provider headquartered in Denver, CO.  At Inflow Craig was responsible for product management, of which a key effort involved the development and launch of Inflow's business continuity services.

Prior to Inflow, Craig was part of the founding team of Managed Storage International ("MSI"), one of the industry's first storage service providers.  At MSI, Craig was responsible for the distributed storage service line of business.

Craig has over 20 years experience working with companies to address complex systems integration initiatives and to design and deploy high-availability application infrastructure throughout North America and Europe.

Craig has a MBA from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Business.


Chris Wheeler
Chief Financial Officer

chriswheelerChris has been involved with the Information Technology Services industry since 2000. Prior to joining Hosting.com, Chris was the director of financial planning and analysis with QTC Management. Prior to QTC Management he worked at Inflow, Inc., where he served as the director of business operations and finance from 2002 to 2006 and General Manager of Inflow's Atlanta Data Center from 2000-2002. 

Previously, Chris served in the U.S. Air Force as a business analyst for a communications satellite acquisition program and as a pilot and mission commander in the C-130 Hercules with combat time in multiple theatres. 

Chris has a master's degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University and a bachelor's degree in management from the U.S. Air Force Academy.


Bruce Greiner 
Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Bruce is responsible for the sales and marketing planning, execution and management of Hosting.com’s global sales and marketing teams.  Bruce has served in multiple sales, marketing and executive roles over the last 20 years within the technology industry.  

Bruce was most recently the Sales Director of Oracle’s On Demand Cloud Services.  Prior to Oracle, he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Maxwell Systems. While with Maxwell, he managed all sales, marketing & product management activities that resulted in 61% growth. Prior to Maxwell, Greiner served as President and CEO of Cheetah Advanced Technologies and facilitated its acquisition by Maxwell Systems. Prior to Cheetah, Greiner held the position of Director of Sales for Appshop acquired by US Internetworking, an Oracle Application Service provider, where he was instrumental in building the organization into the leading Oracle hosting provider in the nation. Greiner was consistently named Salesperson of the Year for JD Edwards, and Oracle. 

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Colorado in 1987. He adds nearly 20 years of sales, sales management, and executive experience for prominent multi-million dollar companies such as Maxwell Systems, Oracle, JD Edwards, and Appshop.


Brian Raboin 
Vice President of Operations

brianraboinAs Vice President of Operations, Brian oversees Infrastructure, Network, Facilities and Support operations for all Hosting.com locations and customers.  He also functions as a project resource and Agile project coach for the organization.

Brian was the 5th employee at Hosting.com and has performed in various roles including Tier 2 Support Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Trainer, Project Manager, and Director of Support Operations.  Before Hosting.com, Brian worked for the McDonald's corporation as member of the Ronald McDonald program.  Prior to his professional career with McDonalds and Hosting.com, Brian spent his earlier years in and after college as a circus performer.

Brian compiled a very unique and effective leadership track record through his diverse experiences within big corporations, internet start-ups, and the circus world.  Brian was awarded the McDonald's "Ronnie Award", a bi-annual award voted on by his peers, from the McDonald's corporation in 1996 and 2000.

Brian has a bachelor's degree in History and various other technical and business program certification from the University of Delaware and is a certified Scrum Master.


Rick Moore
Vice President, Finance and Business Operations

Rick-MooreAs Vice President of Finance and Business Operations, Rick is responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities of the firm, as well as systems and processes involved in revenue assurance. Prior to Hosting.com, Rick was an associate at Meritage Private Equity Funds. Rick also served as Manager of Business Operations at Inflow, Inc. and was a consultant in Accenture’s Telecommunications Practice. Rick has a B.S. degree in Information Systems from Colorado State University and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.


Scott Taylor
Vice President, Corporate Services

Scott TaylorAs the VP of Corporate Services, Scott oversees the functions of Integration, Training, Compliance, and Information Technologies.  With over 15 years of experience, Scott has provided business leadership and held senior management positions at successful start-ups and corporations.

Prior to Hosting.com, Scott served as the chief security officer of QTC Management, a premier provider of medical examination and occupational health services.   In this role, Scott directed the effort of QTC in receiving their National Institute of Standards Series 800 certification and accreditation in three months, allowing them to provide examination reports for government agencies.  Scott served as director of systems services at Inflow, Inc. (now SunGard Availability Services), which delivered application hosting services to enterprise customers through a system of 14 internet data centers across the United States. 

Scott earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Colorado, with an emphasis in finance and accounting.

 


Bill Santos
Vice President, Professional Services

Bill Santos

As Vice President of Professional Services, Bill is responsible for providing services that support and accelerate the delivery of cloud-based solutions, from early assessment and planning through migration and ongoing support.

With over 13 years of leadership experience in strategy at IBM and five years at SHI where he established a technology services practice, Bill brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Hosting.com. Most recently, Bill led the development of a cloud services strategy for a management and technology services firm. In addition, Bill was founder and CEO of a technology services firm he successfully sold in 2001. 

Bill earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT. 

 

 


John Enright
President, HostMySite

John EnrightJohn is a hosting pioneer and has accumulated over 18 years of leadership experience since co-founding one of the first national hosting companies in the US back in 1995.

Prior to joining Hosting.com, John was the Chief Operating Officer of LimeLabs, an incubator of several early stage web services with offices in New York and Noida, India. Prior to LimeLabs, John was Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Hostway, a global shared, dedicated, and colocation hosting provider. Previously, John served as the Vice President of Product Management and Business Development for Affinity Internet where he lead the creation of one of the most successful channel programs in the industry, securing exclusive partnerships with Network Solutions, Comcast, AOL, eBay, and Costco. Prior to Affinity, John was the Director of Internet Products and Services at ASCI, a publicly traded CLEC that specialized in metropolitan fiber networks. John co-founded ValueWeb in 1995, which grew to become one of the largest hosting services in the US before being acquired by ACSI in 1998.
